Tilt is what makes a long shower or toilet sit workable for someone who cannot hold their own trunk up. It redistributes pressure away from the sitting surface and lets the person rest back and stop fighting gravity. A contoured clamp on headrest supports the head once the chair is tilted back, and the vinyl covered padded backrest is curved for trunk contact.
