The Broda CS385 is a tilt and recline shower commode for clients who cannot sit unsupported through showering and toileting. Tilt and recline are adjusted while the client stays seated, so one transfer covers the whole hygiene routine and the client can be held safely in a reclined position for washing and drying.
The frame is stainless steel and the surfaces are non porous, which suits a chair that lives in a wet room and needs disinfecting between uses. It rolls over a standard toilet, the arm supports swing away for side transfers and the leg supports adjust for length. A padded headrest is included for head and neck support through tilt.
It is supplied without a bowl, which is needed if the chair will be used away from a toilet.
