It puts the child in the posture that suits effective toileting, with the trunk, hips and feet all supported while they are on it. Comfort, positioning and carer access were all reworked in the updated version, and access is the one carers feel: being able to get to the child without fighting the frame decides how long the routine takes and whether it happens properly.
The system covers several roles. It works as an adaptive toilet seat over a standard toilet, as a mobile toileting chair, and as a support chair for home, school or clinic use. Three sizes carry children through to larger users, and components are hygienic and straightforward to clean.
