Head support changes what a carer can do. With the head held, the client can be tilted back for cleaning or dressing without anyone supporting the neck by hand, and a client with poor head control can stay in the chair longer without fatigue.
The HTS headrest slides into the headrest slot at the top of the backrest and sets by height button, then depth and angle are set by loosening two oval knobs and retightening them. All of it is done by hand at the chair.
The seatbelt is always used while the headrest is fitted. Set up that way it is a straightforward addition to an existing HTS.
