How we work with you
Involved before, during and after the scripting.
The selection and provision of complex equipment is a joint effort between the client, the therapist and us. We bring the product knowledge, the demo fleet and the measuring; you bring the clinical perspectives and goals. We will trial until we know it works for you, and nothing gets ordered until we are sure.
1. Assessment
One of our specialist consultants will join your assessment at home, at school, our showroom or wherever in Tasmania you need us to be. We get to know you: your goals, your environment, your support team and how you will use the equipment, all before we talk about products.
2. Measure and trial
We will make sure we get the equipment right. We will measure, set up a demo chair and trial it in the place where you will use it. If it helps, we can use pressure mapping and simulated seating to make sure we get it right.
3. Scripting and funding
We prepare the order and specifications with you and we will provide all the information you need, in the format you need, to help secure your funding. Whether it is NDIS, My Aged Care or DVA, we work with them all and we know what they require.
4. Build, fit and follow up
The chair is built to the script, checked in our workshop, then fitted with you. We make sure the scripting therapists are involved at all stages. After delivery and fitting our service technicians can service your equipment throughout its working life.

Manual wheelchairs

Power wheelchairs
Front, mid and rear wheel drive with power seating and alternative controls. Alltrack, Amylior, Dietz, Glide, Magic Mobility, Meyra, PDG, Permobil and Quickie.
Seating and positioning
Cushions, backs, laterals, head supports and belts, fitted to the chair and the person. Axiom, Bodypoint, Dreamline, Jay and Spex.
Paediatric
Seating, standing, walking, bathing and beds that grow with the child. Firefly, Jenx, Leckey, R82, Rifton, Schuchmann and Timo.
