Some clients need tilt in space seating but have no functional push. The transit build of the Rea Azalea keeps the whole seating system and puts small rear wheels on it, so the chair is carer propelled and takes up less room to turn indoors.
Tilt and recline are both adjustable from behind the chair, letting a carer unload the seat surface through the day without the client having to be hoisted out. The Dual Stability System, including the biomechanical backrest hinge, keeps the client’s back in contact with the support as the angle changes, with very little shearing.
The Flex 3 backrest adjusts in height, width and shape, which covers most trunk shapes without extra hardware, and the seat can be built to your client’s width and depth.
