About this product

The Premium Comfy Lite is a 9.9 kg aluminium transit chair for a carer to push. The frame folds and the backrest half folds, so it fits into a boot and is light to lift.

Comfort was the brief here. The splayed arms have soft, grooved padding, the seat covers are soft, and the swing-away legrests lift off for transfers. Lockable attendant brakes, telescopic anti-tippers and a seatbelt are all included.

Who it suits

A person who is pushed by a carer for outings, appointments and travel, up to 135 kg. It is crash tested to ISO 7176-19 for use as a forward-facing seat in a vehicle when correctly tied down. The seat and back are fixed, so tilt or complex postural needs call for a different chair. Book a trial and we will work through the options with the prescribing OT.
