The EzyStand holds a Cura1 iBeam sensor at the height you need it, on a weighted base that stays where a carer puts it. The iBeam attaches magnetically, so repositioning takes a second and there is nothing to unscrew.
That flexibility is the value of it. The same sensor can watch the side of a bed tonight, the front of a lounge chair tomorrow, and a doorway or the top of a stairwell when the risk moves. For a client whose falls happen in one particular spot, being able to aim the beam properly is what makes the monitoring work.
The base is PVC with a chrome plated upright, tidy enough to sit in a living room without looking like hospital equipment.
