A flat lifting sling in mesh, with a hygiene opening, for clients who have to be moved lying down and washed while they are in it. The open weave lets water straight through and dries quickly, so the sling goes back into service quickly and does not sit wet in a bathroom.

Supporting the whole body along its length means a client with pain, contractures or very low tolerance for sitting can be bathed and transferred without ever being brought upright. Straps down both sides hold the body evenly and stop the client rolling within the sling.

The opening allows toileting and personal care during the lift, which removes a transfer from the day for clients who find every move difficult.
