Who it suits
The walking harness is for rehab clients with reasonable core stability and some weight bearing, who need supported practice at standing and stepping before they trust their own balance.
It is worn like a belt and fastened with two clunk click buckles, so application is quick and the client is not waiting around while a session ticks away. Padded underarm rolls take the pressure off during longer gait work, and the harness holds the torso and groin together so the support is spread rather than concentrated.
This is the female version, with a full piece groin section shaped for female anatomy. The polyester fabric slides on easily over clothing and dries fast between sessions, which suits a clinic running gait training back to back.
