Weather is the usual reason an all terrain chair stays in the shed. This canopy covers the head and upper body of the person in a Hippocampe and adds a leg cover, so a beach or bush outing can go ahead in wind, drizzle or hard sun.

The fabric is waterproof with a UV coating, and clear panels at the front keep the user and the person pushing in contact with each other and with what is around them. The front section unzips and comes off when the weather clears, and the rear is open enough to keep condensation down. The whole canopy folds down with one movement when it is not wanted.

It mounts to the push bar with two fittings and is offered in three sizes to match the chair.
