The Jazzy Passport folds flat in a few steps, which puts it in reach of clients who fly, catch coaches or travel in someone else’s car. The lithium battery is the travel type, and the chair goes down small enough for a boot or a luggage hold.
Folding and unfolding is simple enough that a client or a partner can manage it on a kerb without instructions. The frame has limited suspension for footpath joins and kerb ramps, and regenerative and electro-mechanical braking hold it steady coming down a slope.
It suits a client who is mostly independent, has the reach and grip to work the fold, and wants powered mobility that travels with them.
