About this product

Clients who slump in a chair, a car seat or a recliner lose lumbar lordosis and end up loading the sacrum. This half roll fills the gap behind the low back and gives the spine something to sit against, which is often enough to hold a better position through a long sitting period.

It is built in two layers: a polyurethane foam core for shape that holds, with a softer memory foam outer so it is not a hard lump against the back. An adjustable strap fixes it to the chair, so it stays put when the client gets up and does not need repositioning every time.

The velour cover is removable and washable, which matters in shared or transferable equipment. It is small enough to move between a lounge chair, a work chair and the car.
