A client who is wheeled to the shower and over the toilet needs a chair that gets out of the way at transfer time. The KA114S does that with arms that swing up and footrests that swing away and lift off, so there is nothing between your client and a slide board, and nothing to stand around when they come out of the chair.
The stainless steel frame is made for a wet room and runs on four braked castors, so the chair stays where it is put. The seat is left out by design: K Care makes a range of removable padded seats and apertures, so you choose the one that suits your client’s continence and pressure needs. The frame is independently tested to the Australian standard.
The narrower seat suits a smaller adult or a tight bathroom door, and the wider one is the standard adult fit.
