The insert sits in the pelvic loading area of a pre-contoured closed-cell foam base with a posterior pelvic wall. The reduced profile build keeps the client sitting low in the chair, which helps with transfers, propulsion and getting under a table.
The dual cover system keeps moisture away from the foam, and the outer cover carries a silver-based fibre and machine washes. Air inserts need periodic checking, so set the client or their carer up with a routine for it.
