The O2 range is built around breathability, with an open fabric structure that lets air and moisture move at the seat surface and helps control heat and humidity for a client who sits all day. A cover that has stiffened or matted with age works against that, which is a good reason to replace it early.

It goes through a domestic machine with the cushion, so services can keep one spare in rotation.
