This KCare transit commode is the height adjustable version of the KA114S. Rather than committing to one fixed seat height, the frame lets you set the seat within a range, which is what you want when the toilet, the bed and your client’s standing height do not agree with each other.
The footrests swing away and lift off, so the front of the chair is clear for a stand transfer or for a client who moves themselves along with their feet. The loop arms swing up for a lateral transfer or a sling. The frame is built for daily shower use.
It is supplied with an ISO code and an NDIS support item number, which saves time when you are writing the funding request. Other seat widths are available across the KA114S range.
