Some clients need fluid protection on the bad days and breathability on the rest. The Reversible cover supplied with this Vicair O2 Twin turns inside out: unzip the top section, flip it and rezip, and the fluid resistant polyurethane coated face becomes the sitting surface. The other face is left cool and breathable.
The cushion itself is the standard O2 Twin build, air filled SmartCells held in two compartments that carry load across the thighs and the pelvis for a client at high risk of pressure injury. It also works as part of a treatment plan where a wound is already present.
Both the cover and the cushion are machine washable with the cells left in.
