About this product

The Combo Callpoint is a wireless call station for a bed space or a bathroom, giving the person four ways to signal depending on what is happening: a routine call, a staff call, an emergency, and a presence signal for the staff member attending. Priority is carried through to the system, so the team can tell a request for help from an emergency before they arrive.

It runs on batteries with fully supervised wireless, which means the system knows if a unit goes quiet. An integral pullcord is included, LED reassurance tells the person their call was received, and hardwired Cura1 bed pads and floor mats can be plugged straight in so a falls sensor raises a call through the same point.

It mounts to a wall or sits on a desk with the supplied bracket, and secure reset can be set so only staff with a reset key clear an alarm.
