Extended straps suit a setup where the vest has to reach a long way back to its mounting points: a deep backrest, hardware set low on the frame, or a client who sits well forward of the back canes. The longer strap runs let you anchor the vest at the angle that pulls the trunk back into the seat and not up into the shoulders.
The dynamic build stretches as the client moves, so tone or restlessness meets a support that moves with them and then brings them back to midline. That tends to be better tolerated by clients who push against anything rigid across the chest.
Finger loops on the straps let a carer set the tension from behind the chair, and the same loops make it quick to release at the end of the day. Chair attachment hardware comes with the vest.
We are Tasmanian owned and can fit this on site.
