Knee adductors keep the legs apart and the hips in line for a client whose knees fall together in sitting. This pair uses multi-axis hardware with three pivot points, so you can set the pad angle and depth to meet the leg squarely.
Mounted on the footrest hanger, each adductor swings away for transfers and standing, which keeps the setup workable for the carer doing it several times a day. Once the position is right it stays there between uses.
Pads are black textured self skinning urethane in a choice of sizes, so you can pick a contact area that spreads pressure without crowding the thigh. A neoprene cover with a gel insert is available separately where skin tolerance is a concern.
