It is worth considering for anyone who spends more than a short time in the chair, or who needs a bit of help staying upright without going to a full postural setup. The mesh dries fast and needs very little maintenance, which keeps the chair in daily service.

Set it with your client seated, and revisit the tension at review. Postures change, and this is one of the few things on a shower chair you can adjust without ordering a part.
