A bed handset on the floor is a handset waiting to fail, and for a client with limited reach it is also a call for help that does not get made. This swivel holder gives the handset a fixed home on the bed frame and keeps it where the person lying in bed can find it.
It mounts on either side, so the same part suits a bed against a wall, a room set up for right sided transfers, or one where the carer works from the left. The swivel action lets the handset be turned toward the client or out of the way during care without unclipping anything.
The short stem keeps the holder close to the frame, which matters in a room where bedside furniture, a hoist or a chair has to come in close. It is designed for the Wissner-Bosserhoff bed range.
