This is a general purpose four point clip sling with head support, for bed to chair transfers where the client cannot hold their own head up. The head section supports the neck through the lift, which is what makes it suitable for a client with poor trunk and head control.
The leg sections are unpadded, which keeps the sling light, quick to position under a seated client and faster to dry after washing. Clip attachment means it hooks to a four point spreader bar and the connection can be checked at a glance by the carer doing the lift.
It is sized across a full range, so a service can standardise on one sling type and still fit the people on its books. Sling choice is a clinical decision.
