Standing practice goes better when the client feels held. This walking harness supports the torso and groin while they work on standing tolerance and stepping, so a physio can push the session further without a carer taking the load through their own back.
It is the male version, with separate groin straps covered in faux sheepskin and quick release clunk click buckles for fast application. Padded underarm rolls make the support comfortable enough to stay in for a full gait session, and adjustable loops let you set the height of support for the person in front of you.
It is intended for clients with good core stability and some weight bearing ability, used with a hoist rated for the task.
