The Spex padded H harness is the minimalist option in the anterior positioning range. A cross strap sits low on the trunk, giving support where a client tends to fall forward while keeping coverage to a minimum.
That low position is a deliberate safety feature, and the reduced pad area means less sweating and less bulk for clients who find a full vest too warm or too confining. It is often the right answer for a client who needs a reminder to stay upright, and for clients who object to anything across the chest.
Build quality follows the rest of the Spex harness range: hand made pads with soft polyester binding against the skin, ridge woven webbing that grips once adjusted, and stainless steel adjusters that keep their setting. This is the extra large size. It is a positioning device only and is not a vehicle restraint.
Pair it with shoulder strap guides if the straps tend to slip.
