Superhigh contour shaping is for the client whose legs do not stay where you place them: strong adductor tone, a heavy windswept pull, or a pelvis that rotates as soon as the person relaxes. The tall side walls and deep well hold the thighs and trochanters through the whole sitting day.
The Constructa Flex takes that shaping and makes it adjustable. Invertible blocks set hip flexion, abduction and a windswept accommodation, and a leg length difference can be built into the cushion. The pelvic adjustment kit comes with the cushion so obliquity is corrected at the fitting.
Pressure is managed through a dual layer foam construction and an ischial well that blends into the surface, so offloading and positioning happen in the same cushion.
