The S7 answers them by building up several immersion layers instead of one foam block, so the surface gives over bony prominences while the perimeter stays firm.
A dual density initial immersion layer sits over a gel and responsive foam rotational layer, with a zoned Ventraflow secondary immersion layer beneath. The Ventraflow perimeter foam supports the edge for sitting and transfers, and its airflow structure helps manage heat and moisture at the skin. A heel zone with a shallow transfer region reduces loading at the heels. The mattress is reversible, which gives you two immersion interfaces from the one product as the client’s needs change.
This version comes with the Premiflex Ultra cover, a wipe-clean cover for shared or high soiling environments. Where the client is at home and soiling is not the issue, the quilted homecare cover is the better pick. Sizes run from single through to long king, including extra wide.
