The ROHO Quadtro Select High Profile is the positioning version of the classic air cell cushion. The interconnected neoprene cells are divided into four compartments, and the ISOFLO Memory Control lets you open the valve, let air move to where the pelvis actually needs it, then lock the setting with the client still sitting on the cushion. No guesswork on the bench, no transferring the client twice.
It arrives with a two-way stretch cover, a hand pump and a repair kit. The neoprene washes with soap and water and can be patched, so a puncture is a repair rather than a replacement. We hold the three most-used cell sizes in stock and can order the rest.
Who it suits
A client at high risk of pressure injury, or with an existing or healed injury, who also needs pelvic positioning: obliquity, rotation, a tendency to slide forward or lean to one side. The four compartments let you shape the support without transferring the client.
Good to know
- Choose the size by the wheelchair seat width and depth, not the client’s hip width; the ISOFLO valve sits outside the cushion footprint
- Inflation must be checked by hand at set-up and reviewed regularly; an under-inflated or over-inflated ROHO does not protect the skin
