Trunk laterals catch the client who leans. Mounted either side of the backrest, they hold the ribcage in midline so the head is over the pelvis and the arms are free for something other than propping.

Each lateral adjusts up and down, in and out, and rotates on its mount with a single knob, so you can set a true three point correction for a client with a curve, not just a squeeze on both sides. The strap option adds anterior containment for a client who comes forward off the laterals, and the three strap sizes let you match the width you have set.

Available in small and large to suit the chair, with or without the strap. Ask for the no strap version if your client only needs lateral contact.
