Who it suits
This is the standard base the Activity Chair is built on, for clients who need supported sitting in a classroom, a therapy room or at home and who do not need the seat to change height through the day.
It gives you tilt in space, so a client can be reclined for a rest, a drink or a feed and brought back upright for an activity without anyone unstrapping them. The frame takes the full range of Rifton supports, which means you can start with a simple setup and add laterals, hip guides, harnesses or a headrest as the picture changes.
The spring assisted version makes tilting easier on the carer doing it repeatedly. Choose the version without the spring where the chair is set once and left, or where a fixed feel is preferred.
Three sizes cover children through to larger teenagers.
