This strap is an accessory for the Molift Raiser Pro sit to stand platform. One end fixes to the Raiser handle and the carer draws the other end in to bring the client up to standing at a controlled pace rather than in one pull.
A sliding sleeve runs along the strap so the point of pull can be shifted while the transfer is happening. That keeps the effort even and lets the carer work at the angle that suits the client, whether one carer is assisting or two.
Two sizes cover different trunk sizes and different ways of setting the transfer up. The strap machine washes, takes a gentle tumble dry and can be laundered at higher temperatures where infection control calls for it. Before specifying it, check the client can weight bear through the legs and read the Raiser Pro instructions for use.
