Head positioning is the part of a seating script that gets revisited most often. This one piece pad is designed for clients with limited head control, where a simple posterior pad does not hold the head where it needs to be.
The posterior section carries extended shaping through the suboccipital area, and the lateral sections run forward far enough to contain the head as it rotates without blocking the client’s line of sight. Ear cut-outs keep it comfortable when the head is resting off midline, which is where a lot of clients actually spend the day.
Construction is an internal aluminium shell under injection moulded polyurethane foam, with a soft memory foam overlay for pressure reduction under high tone. The dual layer cover reduces shear and friction on the hair and comes off for washing. It works with Spex Stylo hardware for fine positioning.
