The Kukini is an outdoor stroller for a child who needs postural support and an adult pushing. It runs on a folding aluminium frame with pneumatic spoked wheels and rear suspension, so footpaths, gravel tracks and grass stay comfortable for the child and manageable for whoever is on the handle.

It is made for children with cerebral palsy, acquired brain or spinal cord injury, muscle disease or genetic syndromes affecting sitting balance and head control. The contoured Octagon headrest mounts at a range of heights, the backrest angle sets on a strap and clamp, and the five point harness uses a magnetic buckle that fastens and releases quickly.
Carers get an adjustable push handle with a wrist safety strap, a disc brake lever for holding speed on a descent, and a central rear brake for transfers. Wheels come off with quick releases and the frame folds down for a car boot. The upholstery is waterproof, wipes clean and carries reflective panels for low light.
