Sliding forward in the seat is one of the most common seating problems in a stroller, and it pulls the pelvis and trunk out of position with it. This cushion has a bolster along the front edge that gives the thighs something to sit behind, helping hold the pelvis back in the seat.

The filling is VISmemo memory foam, which spreads load and takes up the shape of the user, so it works for comfort as well as position. The base cover is an anti migration material that keeps the cushion from creeping on the seat, and the outer cover is stretchy and breathable against skin.

The cover comes off for washing once the foam inserts are out, which suits clients with continence needs or high sweat loads.
