Where a client is well under the seat width of their stroller, the fix is to bring the sides in. These narrowing pads mount to the Kukini seat upholstery on both sides and close the seat down by a set amount, giving the pelvis firm contact at the hips.
Better hip contact usually shows up as less sliding, less asymmetry and a trunk that stays upright for longer. The pads are foam with a soft cover, so the contact is supportive without pressing hard on a single point.
