Built for the user who covers ground, the Race hub takes the Klaxon Klick linking system and pairs it with a gearless brushless motor for smooth, quiet delivery of power on sealed roads and longer runs.
Standard driving aids do a lot of the work. Motion Direct Control handles acceleration and braking from the throttle lever with ten selectable intensity levels, the electronic brake system brakes progressively while recovering energy, and intelligent speed control holds a chosen speed on climbs and descents. A mechanical disc brake and a reverse gear back that up, and hill holder control can be added.
The unit is certified to TUV EN12184 and carries CE marking, and it separates into three parts for transport with a self adapting stand as standard.
