Shoe holders keep the feet loaded and located on the footplate, which matters for a client whose feet slide off, turn out or catch during transfers. This version uses a non padded strap and is supplied in pairs, with sizes specified at order.
Once the feet are held in a settled position the rest of the posture usually follows: the pelvis stays back in the seat, the knees stop drifting and the client is less likely to push out of the chair.
The non padded strap is a practical choice for clients with good skin integrity who need the hold without extra bulk over the top of the foot.
