Action 3NG is Invacare’s mid range folding manual chair, and the reason it turns up on so many prescriptions is the number of things you can change on it. Seat width, depth, height and angle are all specified at order, and the backrest, armrest and footrest options cover most of what you would ask for in a general rehab or community chair.
For the client, that means a chair that fits properly from day one: feet supported, thighs level, back at the angle you set. For the carer, it cross folds and the rear wheels release, so it goes into a car without a struggle.
It is a sound choice where the client will be in the chair for part of the day and needs something durable and adjustable for everyday use.
