About this product

A safety belt for the VFit chair, for clients who need postural management at the pelvis or who are at risk of sliding out of the seat. It holds the pelvis back against the backrest, which is where most seated posture problems start.

The clips are tamper free, so a client who is prone to undoing a belt cannot release it unaided. That also makes moving a client between rooms in the chair safer for the carer pushing it.

It fits the VFit frame and can be removed when it is not required, keeping the chair comfortable for clients who do not need restraint. Use of a belt should follow your own assessment and any restrictive practice requirements.
