An assist rail for people who can still move in bed but need something solid to pull on. Four raised grip points give a choice of handholds for rolling, pushing up to sitting and steadying on the way in or out of bed.
The taller profile puts a handhold within reach from lying and from sitting on the edge, which is where most clients need it. It slips onto the frame of a compatible Icare bed and can be positioned along either side, so you can set it to match the client’s stronger side and their usual transfer technique.
The compact footprint leaves most of the bed edge clear. Finished in charcoal so it reads as furniture, not hospital equipment, in a home bedroom.
