Tall clients run out of bed. The ActiveX Mattress Bolster is the fix for that on an Icare IC333 Extra Long bed: it adds length at the foot so the lying surface carries on, with the same ActiveX pressure relieving foam as the mattress it sits with.

Because the foam and the feel match, the client does not hit a hard step where the mattress ends, which matters if their heels end up resting there. A Contour Latch secures the bolster so it does not shift during repositioning, the base layer grips, and the cover zips off for washing.

Specify the height that matches the mattress already on the bed, and use Extra Long sheet sets over the top.
