The latex core is pinholed for airflow, which keeps the surface from holding heat overnight. The quilted polycotton cover is tack and jump stitched and is not washable, so pair it with a mattress protector, or specify the waterproof Zerotec cover where continence is a factor. The mattress is flip free and works on profiling and adjustable beds as well as a standard base.
