The ActiveX IC25 is Icare’s softest pressure care mattress, made for clients who sink in easily: lighter body weights, visible bony prominences, and paediatric users who need deep immersion to keep peak pressures down.
The ActiveX layer works with the heat and weight of the body, softening where it is warm and loaded, while firmer XP Support around the perimeter holds the edge so sitting out and transferring stay stable. The cover uses Bluetec and Vant fabrics to move heat and moisture away, which matters for a client lying for long stretches. It zips off for washing, sits on a gel backing so it will not creep on the base, and the mattress never needs turning.
It works on profiling and adjustable beds as well as a standard base, so you can specify it without changing the bed.
