A general purpose reacher for the client who can still work a trigger but cannot bend or stretch to get to things. It covers dropped items on the floor, shelves that are too high, and pulling clothing on and off during dressing.
The twin jaws have sculptured liners and rotate through a full circle, so your client can take an item from whatever angle the reacher happens to arrive at rather than having to line the tool up first. A magnet on the jaw picks up pins, keys and paper clips. The mechanism is wire operated, which means it will not fray or stretch the way a corded reacher does after a year of daily use.
The trigger is roomy enough for several fingers or a push with the palm. Three lengths are made: the shortest for use from a chair or bed, the longest for a tall client standing or a wheelchair user reaching the floor.
