About this product

The QuickMove is a manual sit to stand transfer aid for clients whose standing transfer has become unsafe for one carer to do by hand.

The client puts their feet on the base, holds the handles and pulls to standing while the carer steadies them from behind. Adjustable buttock cushions then angle in to support them once up, and that is what sets the QuickMove apart from a plain standing platform: a client who cannot hold themselves fully upright is still supported while the carer wheels them to the next surface. The lower leg support and knee brace adjust to the client.

There is no battery and nothing to charge. The base width adjusts to open around chair and bed legs and close again for doorways. It is used in aged care, disability accommodation and home care, mostly where a client is moved several times a day and manual handling injuries are the risk being managed.
