About this product

Harness straps sit close to the skin on children who spend long periods in a supported seat, and a bare strap can rub at the shoulder, chest or hip. This padded tube sleeve slides over a cross strap so the load spreads across a softer surface and the webbing is kept off the skin.

It is a small change that often settles a child who has been fidgeting or pulling at a harness, and it gives families and school staff a way to keep the positioning they have set up without the child rejecting it.

The sleeve is a replaceable part, so a soiled or worn one can be swapped without touching the rest of the harness or the seating setup. Handy where a chair is shared between home, respite and school.
