These are replacement cells for the Cushionair dynamic cushion used in Configura Advance and Configura Comfort chairs. The cushion works through a set of air cells under the seat surface, and the cells are the part that does the pressure relief, so keeping them in good order keeps the whole system working.
Having replacements available matters where a client already has pressure damage. A cushion with a failed cell is not delivering the therapy it was prescribed for, and swapping the cell puts the chair back in service without the client losing their seating or waiting on a whole new cushion.
Facilities running several chairs often keep a set on hand for exactly that reason.
