About this product

This clip on calf support is for clients whose legs slide forward off the footplates of a shower commode or mobility chair. The padded strap sits behind the calves and gives the lower legs something to rest against, which settles the posture and keeps the feet loaded on the plates.

It clips onto round frame tube, so it can be added to an existing chair without a workshop visit, and it comes off again when the chair is being cleaned or when a different client uses it. Three widths are available so you can match the support to the chair and to the client’s leg position.

Carers get a steadier client during showering, and the support is one less thing to hold while transferring.
