Etac Supporter is a toilet seat with arm supports that mounts straight to the pan using the existing seat bolt holes. The client gets a fixed point to push up from, which is often all that stands between managing the toilet alone and needing a hand.
The arm supports fold up out of the way, so the unit works in a small bathroom and lets a carer get in close when they are needed. Where space is tight on one side, a single arm can be fitted instead of a pair. It suits both floor mounted and wall mounted pans and installs without tools.
The frame and arm supports are powder coated tubular steel, with a polypropylene seat, lid and arm support covers, so it wipes down like an ordinary seat. Bolt hole centres adjust across a range that covers most standard Australian pans, though it is worth measuring before ordering.
